Frequently Asked Questions

We want your weekend with us to be as easy and enjoyable as possible. We’ve gathered a few of the most helpful details below so all you have to do is arrive, settle in, and celebrate with us!
What is the attire?
Formal—and we hope you’ll have a little fun with it! For men, think tailored dark suits and ties. For women, long or floor-length evening dresses. Consider our wedding your style show: dress up, make it your own, and come ready to celebrate with us.
When should I RSVP?
Please send your RSVP by April 20th. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Can I bring a plus one?
As much as we’d love to celebrate with everyone you love, our space is limited. We’re only able to accommodate the guests named on your formal invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!
When should I arrive at the ceremony?
Our ceremony begins at 5:00 PM. Please plan to arrive with plenty of time to get settled and be seated by 4:40 PM.
Is transportation provided?
Yes! For our out-of-town guests, transportation will be provided from the HALL Arts Hotel to the ceremony at St. Andrew Methodist Church. Following the ceremony, buses will take guests directly to the reception at the Nasher Sculpture Center. We’ll share specific departure times and additional details as we get closer to the wedding.
How can I get back to the hotel after the reception?
Just a short stroll! The HALL Arts Hotel is only about a three-minute walk from the Nasher. When leaving the museum, head toward Flora Street and follow the walkway through the HALL Arts campus. The Texas Sculpture Walk, just behind the hotel, provides an easy and direct route back.
If I prefer to drive, where should I park?
For the ceremony at St. Andrew, park near the steeple and enter through the main sanctuary doors. For the reception at the Nasher Sculpture Center, the Trammell Crow Center Garage is the closest and most convenient self-parking option. It’s located at 2001 Ross Avenue, directly across from the Nasher.
